Mom's Day Out/Tiny Riders Club
Interested in taking lessons & want a tour of our facility?
To schedule your visit, please call Cindy Johnson, owner, at 708-528-4674. Without an appointment, there may not be staff availabile to show you around and answer questions.
Sorry, there is no trail riding or horse boarding at Double J Riding Club.
For Ages 4-6, Preschool through Kindergarten:
- Tuesdays, 12:30 - 3:00 pm. or
- Wednesdays, 9:30 am - noon
Moms get some free time and the kids get an active and engaging 2 1/2 hours of lead-line lessons, crafts, learning about horse care and barn safety. There's even a barnyard full of pigs, a miniature mule, goats & roosters. What will you do with the free time, Mom (or Dad)?
- Sessions are $40 for 2 1/2 hours
- Sign up for weekly Tuesday morning sessions, Wednesday afternoon sessions -- or both!
- You may reserve dates ahead of time or call to see if the date you want is available -- must reserve space in advance with Cindy Johnson.
- For barn/riding safety, more staff are scheduled for these younger riders -- so planning ahead helps.
- You provide a small snack and drink for your child daily
Session Sign-up:
- These Mom's Day Out/Tiny Rider Club sessions are only available during the school year.
- Pay as you go, at each session.
