AT DOUBLE J RIDING CLUB...
The next best thing to owning.
Sorry, there is no trail riding or horse boarding at Double J Riding Club.
Double J Riding Club has a limited number of horses available for shareboarding. Shareboarding enables a more serious student to develop a relationship with a horse, have more time to ride and be involved in their care. Often these riders participate in riding shows with these horses away from Double J; sometimes it is a prelude to actually owning a horse later in their lives.
If you have an interest in shareboarding, please contact Cindy Johnson. If there are none currently available, she will keep your name on a waiting list for horses.
How does Shareboarding work? We offer two ways to shareboard one of our horses -- Sunday-only and half-weekly shareboard. Only one student at a time may shareboard a horse.
- Sunday-only Shareboard: $130 per month; shareboarders are allowed to ride their horse no more than one hour every Sunday, no jumping allowed. However, shareboarders may spend additional time grooming and bonding with their horse. For contract, click here.
- Half-weekly Shareboard: $300 per month; shareboarders are allowed to ride their horses on Sunday and two additional days of their choosing (except Saturdays). For contract, click here.
