Sorry, there is no trail riding or horse boarding at Double J Riding Club.
A horse birthday party is just the thing for the horse lover among your family or friends, ages 5 - 75, there's nothing morefun than celebrating with a ride, cake and all of Double J's horses, pigs, and goats! Double J Riding Club is one of the best and most fun kids' birthday party places in the Chicago area.
- Everybody gets to ride and enjoy age/experience-appropriate games and activities, as well as help to groom horses and learn more about barn safety.
- For larger groups, stations can be set up to keep everybody busy and having fun at your horseback riding party!
- Our indoor riding arena,makes this a weather-proof activity and we have a party room available upon request for cakes, snacks or other activities/
- If you are renting our clubhouse or picnic area for cake, snacks & presents, you may setup 1 hour prior to the party and use the space for 1 hour. Please pack up gifts promptly -- our staff needs to cleanup immediately after your party.

All riders must present signed waiver & release forms. Please print them out and have them signed by parents ahead of time -- we don't want anybody to be disappointed!

DOUBLE J PARTY GUIDELINES

1. Birthday parties at Double J Riding Club include 20 or 30 minute rides for the attendees (price depends aupon count, see above) and include up to an hour following the rides to serve cake and open presents. Minimum payment $150 (5 @ $30 plus cleaning deposit of $20), with 50% down to reserve date.
2. You may change the number of riders up to 72 hours prior to the party. Afterwards, the rate is locked in due to staffing requirements.
3. You are responsible for attendees arriving on-time; if you start more than 15 minutes after your party start time, all rides will be reduced so that our staff time remains as committed to you. Please make sure everybody knows that the event starts at the stated time.
4. During the party, you may have use of the lower level deck outside the arenas, as well as the bathroom at the top of the stairs in the house. Children should be supervised when going inside the house – everything is off-limits except the bathroom, unless you’ve rented the clubhouse or upper deck.
5. We will allow up to an extra hour past the time required for your horse rides, to be used for cake or treats and opening presents.
6. If you wish to use the indoors clubhouse, there is an additional $20 staffing charge for your children’s safety. The patio outside the clubhouse may be used during the horse rides and up to an hour following the rides for cake and present opening at no additional charge.
7. Departure. The party must end at the agreed-upon time and you must not leave any unattended children for pickup. Our staff is only responsible for the horses and the facility.
