Adult Outings & Parties
at Double J

Birthdays, corporate team-building, church & civic group events for 5 - 40 people...

Horseback rides,

Riding & dining/parties are weatherproof at Double J with our indoor/outdoor riding arenas and a beautiful outdoor picnic deck or newly remodeled clubhouse.

  • Friday evenings are available for adult parties...book clubs, singles groups, church or civic outings; 7:30 to 10:30 pm.

  • Summer Friday afternoons are available for large picnics and parties with riding or other barn/outdoor activities; 12 - 4 pm.

  • Lunch & Ride, for groups of 5 -20 indoors (may be served with china or casual) and up to 40 outdoors; based upon availability. Bring a small group of friends or a club!
  Cost: $58.50 for 30 minute riding lesson and a          served lunch.

  • Many Tuesday afternoons available for adult outings.

  • The Ladies-Who-Lunch-Brunch: Mini croissant sandwiches, vegetable & cheese quiche, bagel & muffins, fruit, and choice of cold salad;

  • El Paso Luncheon: BBQ pork chops or pulled pork, broasted chicken, baked beans, cole slaw, corn cobbettes, with cheddar & jalapeno cornbread or mini kaiser bun

Cost: $15 per person for sample menus;
includes food service & cleanup.

DOUBLE J PARTY GUIDELINES

1. Birthday parties at Double J Riding Club include 30 or 45 minute rides for the attendees ($30 or $45/per person) and include up to an hour following the rides to serve cake and open presents. Minimum payment $150 (5 @ $30 plus cleaning deposit of $20), with 50% down to reserve date.

2. You may change the number of riders up to 72 hours prior to the party. Afterwards, the rate is locked in due to staffing requirements.

3. You are responsible for attendees arriving on-time; if you start more than 15 minutes after your party start time, all rides will be reduced so that our staff time remains as committed to you. Please make sure everybody knows that the event starts at the stated time.

4. During the party, you may have use of the lower level deck outside the arenas, as well as the bathroom at the top of the stairs in the house. Children should be supervised when going inside the house – everything is off-limits except the bathroom, unless you’ve rented the clubhouse or upper deck.

5. We will allow up to an extra hour past the time required for your horse rides, to be used for cake or treats and opening presents.

6. If you wish to use the indoors clubhouse, there is an additional $20 staffing charge for your children’s safety. The patio outside the clubhouse may be used during the horse rides and up to an hour following the rides for cake and present opening at no additional charge.

7. Departure. The party must end at the agreed-upon time and you must not leave any unattended children for pickup. Our staff is only responsible for the horses and the facility.
